How to be more positive and have more positive emotions
By doing what we love we always feel positive emotions and satisfied.
Do what you are afraid to do, By doing what you are afraid to do you get out of your comfort zone and if you successfully manage to do what you are afraid to do, that will fill you with a sense of achievement and mastery that will boost your happiness and self-confidence

Meditation

 

 

 

 

by meditating you calm your thoughts and emotions and allow yourself

to live more in the moment, when you live in the moment you will experience a sense of peace.


Play

Go out and play your favorite sport or any sport or activity for that matter as long as you enjoy it it will fill you with positive emotions. meet up with good friends and do something fun together.


Find people that are like you, by having conversations with people like yourself you will not only get close to that person you will also get closer to yourself and raise your positive emotions


Stay away from negativity

by that I mean everything that is negative, your thoughts, negative actions, negative people or circumstances, stay away from arguing, arguments will always end badly if not both of the parties understand each other and accept their way of seeing things.

 

 

Achievement. achievement is one of the greatest ways to raise your positive emotions. when you achieve what you want there is no greater feeling in this world except maybe true love.

The Healing effect of Laughter 
Mr.Norman Cousins was the first to discover the healing effects of laughter. you have maybe heard the saying that "laughter is the medicine" 
Mr.Norman Cousins had a rare disease called ankylosing spondylitis this disease left him with constant pain and his doctor said that he had only a few months to live. Norman didn't agree with his doctor and he believed that if stress had contributed to his illness then positive emotions should help in the process of healing this illness.
Norman Checked himself in to a hotel and began taking high dosages of Vitamin C (which streghten our immune system) and then he watched a continuos stream of funny movies, he later claimed that 10 minutes of continues laughter would give him two hours of pain free sleep and he got rid of the sleeping pills and 36 aspirin he was given everyday, not even morphine or anything else that he tried could make him pain free for that long, his condition slowly improved and he regained the use of his limbs, within six months he felt alot better and were back on his feet, after two years he returned to his full time job, this story baffled the scientific community and inspired many research projects
